- Check-in time is 3-5 pm

- Maximum number of guest is 10
- Overnight accommodation is for registered guests only – extra charges apply for your overnight visitors – please discuss with Liz when planning your visit
- When planning an event for local friends/family members, please contact Liz to discuss your plans, number of guests and any additional charges that may be applied
- No smoking in the Beach House or within 10 feet of it
- End of stay cleaning and laundry for bedding, towels, etc included
- Directions to the Beach House and information about contactless check-in will be provided prior to check-in

All weekly rentals from March 30 to October 25, 2024 are from Saturday to Saturday

- All costs are quoted in Canadian dollars
- For additional guests, extra charges are:
- Weekly visits – $200 per guest above the base rate, for 7th to 10th guests
- 3-day rental – $100 per guest above base rate
- Costs for dogs – 1st dog is included in rental charges; costs for 2nd dog is $200 week; $100 per 3-day break
- HST of 15% is added to the full rental fee
- A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required within 2 weeks of making a reservation; balance for weekly visits is required 4 weeks prior to check-in date and for 3-day rentals, balance is required prior to check-in
- A security deposit of $500 is required for groups of up to 6 visitors; for larger groups, security deposit is $750; no HST on this security deposit – it can be paid as a separate item; security deposit will be refunded once the local Beach House staff inspect the Beach House to determine that:
- Solid waste is sorted according to directions attached to all bins in the Beach House – charges will apply if waste is not sorted correctly (charge of $100 will be made against the security deposit if cleaners are required to correctly separate solid waste)
- Beach House is left reasonably tidy and clean – charges will be applied against the security deposit based on the severity of the condition of the Beach House and Liz will provide detailed information to renters within 2 days of checkout
- All long distance calls must be made on visitors’ smart phones
